By visiting our site or purchasing something from DOGS + COFFEE + SUNSHINE, you agree to the following terms. Basically, we promise to bring the comfort — you promise not to sue us because your dog stole your sweatshirt.

This website is operated by DOGS + COFFEE + SUNSHINE (that’s us). By using this site or making a purchase, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions. If you don’t agree, that’s okay — but maybe don’t click “Add to Cart.”

We reserve the right to update these terms anytime, so check back once in a while if you’re into that sort of thing.

2. Products & Pricing

All items are made to order unless stated otherwise.
We do our best to describe products accurately and show true-to-life images, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen or lighting.
Prices are listed in USD and may change as we grow (or buy fancier coffee beans).

3. Shipping & Fulfillment

We partner with Printful to fulfill and ship orders. Fulfillment typically takes 7–10 business days, plus shipping time.
We currently offer flat-rate shipping of $10 on all U.S. orders.

4. Returns & Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, we don’t accept returns — unless your item arrives damaged. In that case, email us within 7 days with photos and your order number and we’ll make it right.

5. Intellectual Property

Everything on this site — from the product names to the dog doodles to the witty copy — belongs to us. Please don’t steal our content, designs, or vibe. It’s not cool, and our dogs will know.

6. User Conduct

Please don’t use our site for anything shady, illegal, or that violates someone’s rights. Also, don’t try to break the website. We built it with love and a lot of oat milk.

7. Limitation of Liability

We do our best to provide a seamless experience, but we’re not responsible for things out of our control — shipping delays, print errors, or your dog eating your hoodie. Use our products responsibly (and with love).
