since everything we make is created in small batches and sometimes even made just for you (hi, custom embroidery 👋), we don’t accept returns or exchanges at this time.

That said, we do want you to be fully obsessed with your order. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please send us an email within 7 days of receiving it. Include:

• Your order number

• A few clear photos of the damaged item

• A short note telling us what’s up
